Orders placed before 4pm China Standard Time (CST) will be sent out the same day from our warehouse in Chengdu, China. Orders placed over weekends will be processed on Monday (with the exception of public Chinese holidays). Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way!

• International orders are generally delivered within 7-15 working days, however, when the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures that may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.
