RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the rights to return or exchange the goods.
To be eligible for returns, please note the following criteria:
- Purchased within 14 working days from the date of arrival;
- All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached;
- Personal products like UNDERWEAR (briefs, swim briefs etc.) has been tried over your own, and remains liners attached;
- Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part;
Items should be adequately protected during the transition back to us.
Please follow the steps below to exchange or return your VOIMENT goods:
- The returned goods must be accompanied by all necessary documentation enclosed with your order. Please indicate whether you’d like an exchange or refund by completing the return form. If you can’t find this, please contact our online customer service.
- Please carefully pack up the items while returning in them in original packaging and keeping them safe in transit. Please keep your tracking number for your records.
- Once we receive your returned goods we will process your request after inspection. Replacement goods will be dispatched within 7 working days (If your chosen substitute that is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 working days. We’ll inform you via e-mail once the refund has been processed.
